Hi to all,

a paladin can summon his mount 24H after "the calling" or after the
dismissal/end of call duration?
If the first is true, from 12th level on he could have his mount
permanently...

Where can I find this rule?

In the PHB, it's not after 24 hours, it's once per day. Now it's up
to your DM to figure out what once per day means. I'd personally
assume it's similar to divine spells, where you regain the ability at a
particular time, i.e. when you pray for spells.
