Brother MFC-7360N can't get drivers to install

I've shut off my firewall and tried installing the drivers manually from online and automatically from the install disk. Nothing seems to work and I'm about ready to throw this printer out of a window.

I have Windows 7 64-bit if that helps.

When installing some drivers or service packs, it's your antivirus that needs to be temporarily disabled, not the firewall. I don't know of any software or driver installation which requires the firewall to be turned off.
