I recently purchased and installed a gtx 680 and i am extremely pleased with it.

But i am not pleased with the drivers. At first i had 310.90 and my framerate in BF3 was around 30 no matter what my graphic settings were on.
So i downgraded to 310.70 and everything is fine in all my games.

But whenever i fullscreen a youtube video the driver fails and is restored. 310.90 didn't do this but 310.70 does.

Is there any fix for this or a perfectly stable driver version i can use for the 680.

This only bothers me because my income comes from youtube so i use it a lot and this problem is incredibly frustrating.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check no.1)
Go into NVIDIA Control Panel --> Manage 3d Settings --> Global Settings Tab ---> Power Management Mode ---> Prefer maximum performance
Check no.2)
Make sure that you uninstall old drivers and make fresh driver install.
Check no.3)
306.97 is said to be the most stable but its got some security holes. If you tried all above steps and your 310.90 is still bad than you should give it a try.
Answer if it helps

Hope it helps!
