DELL V305 printing blank pages

hey all,
my printer went crazy and its printing blank pages. i've tried almost everything - connected to another computer, reinstalled drivers, cleaned cartriges heads, tried different wires..
it's scanning very good as well as copying -- but not printing any type of docs ??

any ideas what's wrong with it?

It sounds like your printer's printhead is clogged up with dried-up ink residue.
If it's printing no colours at all then the blockage is quite severe and will require thorough cleaning.

Blockages in the printhead can occur if the printer is left unused for more than a couple of days - especially in a warm environment (the printhead is the component underneath the moving carriage which holds the cartridges).

You can try the nozzle-cleaning utility in the printer driver software but that wastes ink and may not clear the blockage anyway if it's really bad. Give it a try first.
