Razer naga hex wont come on after restart or sleep

I reciently bought the razer naga hex. It is an owesome mouse exept whenever my computer has to restart or falls asleep it dosn't come back on unless I unplug and replug it back in, then it works fine. I think it may have to do with synapse because I tried uninstalling it and updating .NET (like razer said) and it worked like it was supposed to. however i want to ben able to customize the buttons.

Has anyone elase had this issue? Any ideas? is there any other programs besides synapse 2.0 that would work?
