How to disable W7 popup whenever I try to run/install something?

Hey all!
So.. When ever I try to run anything, install anything, or do anything, it does that stupid popup thing, asking for my permission, asking if I would let that program modify my system.
How can I disable that BS? It's annoying me!!!

Go to your start menu. Search "UAC" in the box. Click on the top link. Pull the slider down. done

Alternatively, you can search for it in the control panel if the start menu doesnt show it.
