One of my friend gave me his P4 HeatSink, It is a big one, can i use it with Athlon 1.33 Ghz

I think from what I remember the P4 heatsinks use a very different type of clip from socket A ones. There may be a way to mod it to work, but I don't think you can use it just the way it is.

Maybe. A lot of Athlon motherboards included bolt holes for bolt on heat sinks. I think these are the same spacing as the P4 bolt holes. So if it's a bolt on heat sink it might work. I would try it if I were you. I fit fits, use it.
