Simply you don`t.
What the message is saying it the drive is dying due to Hard disk errors from the magnetic platter that stores all the information of the data written to the drive, or the read and write heads of the drive to read the magnetic platter are starting to fail.
The only other reason for an error like that is lots of bad sector errors on a hard drive when they become old or have had lots of use, now most hard disk drives have a few spare sectors so it can get around this, but once all the spares have been used you will also get the message you are seeing. In short it is time to back up all of the Data on the drive buy buying a new drive before the old drive completely stops working.
