Color matching for two Ultrasharps

So I have two different Dell Ultrasharps: U3011 for primary and a U2410 as a secondary. I haven't really don't anything to them other than to plug them in. Windows 8 detected the correct monitors, and I have them at the same presets, but there is an obvious difference between the two in terms of color and brightness levels. When I try to switch the brightness levels on the U3011, the monitor asks if I want to disable Dynamic Contrast.

Without spending any moola for color correction, how should I go about adjusting the brightness and color differences?

I would say disable dynamic contrast on both of them, set to the same preset if availabe (movie is usually the best), and then without spending any money you're just gonna have to eyeball it. Get one so that you like it, then try to match it.
