Installing software on notebook

I have Microsoft One Note 2003 installed on my home desktop computer and would like also to use it on a tablet PC I just purchased that doesn't have a disk drive. How do I do this?

Rip the file off the disc that includes the installer
Then put the ripped file copy onto usb or media card and you should
know what to do ^^
