Possible RAM issue ram

Hello,
My computer is running very slow when I lood under system properties it stated ram not available but when I look in the bios it did show ram what could I do

Update the motherboards bios.

Run memory in X.M.P mode if available.

Is anything overclocked? if so reset anything back to stock speeds.

Try moving the ram to the other slots.
