Jumper Setting

Does anyone know what the jumper settings should be for a 1.33 ghz AMD 266 FSB using a A7A266 motherboard? I need voltage, clock multiplier and frequency settings? I can't find any on AMD or Asus sites, and I can't get the system to turn on so I would like to try to do this manually.

voltage should be 1.75
multiplier should be 10
