Adobe Flash will not work

Hi all,
So I'm about to just reinstall Windows. Recently the sound on anything that uses flash in any browser is constant skipping/popping. The video timer moves as usual too. Any games, movies, etc. work just fine. I have tried about 5 different flash versions now and none of them work. I have tried to reinstall browsers too without luck. I have windows 7 and if anything thinks it matters here's my specs:
3570k (stock)
extreme 4 z77
sapphire 7870
pcp&c silencer mkii 750W
corsair vengeance lp 2x4GB

Anyone have any ideas?

Solution
sound drivers, video drivers, hard drive could all be the cause too, can't say it's a flash/browser issue as a billion people are watching youtube with flash and a browser without issues right now.
Try Revo Uninstaller to remove the Flash Player and it's registry data, next download the most recent flash player version in .exe file, and execute/install it from your hard drive.

If that doesn't help, remove it again with the Flash Player uninstaller or Revo uninstaller and check the flash player files mentioned in the Flash Player Clean Install Instructions.

Download Adobe Flash Player Installer in EXE or MSI format try with both if necessary.

I used gparted and then reinstalled again. Now it works. I hate flash.
