Hi!
My new Celeron 800 desent work at all, sent it back to the shop, they say there is nothing wrong with it.
I have a ABIT BE6-II with the latest BIOS upgrade(XU). Since it is a Slot 1 board, I use a MSI 6905 converter. Right now I am running a Celeron 566 at 860 Mhz without any problems, but with the 800 processor only the fans start working when I power up. Please, does anyone know why this is the case?

Try resetting BIOS by the clear cmos jumper.
