Hello... right click the Windows desktop, chose "screen resolution" and "identify"... set up your dual monitor settings there.

Did you reinstall video drivers?

You will probably have to enable extended desktop within the video card manufacturers configuration program in order to use it.

Do you know what type of video card you have?

Hello... right click the Windows desktop, chose "screen resolution" and "identify"... set up your dual monitor settings there.

They can use that if it's an integrated chipset but if it's a standalone option it's best to go through the configuration program.
