Thoughts comments? They are both 700 I am going to order one or the other unless there are any suggestions for better ones around that price?

Also doesn't the 6GB for the dell mean it will be faster? Acer has only 4?

No.
In this case the faster CPU would be a far larger impact on overall performance than an extra 2GB of RAM.
For gaming the GT 540M graphics is considerably better than the HD 550V.
