How do i dump all phisical memory on my laptop

My wireless mouse and keyboard are not connecting to my laptop, after just an hour before when I was using it they were working fine. I tried re-starting it, but a blue screen popped, saying that it was deleting physical memory for crash dump. My laptop won't even recognize my mouse or keyboard even when I plug in the USB to a different port, what do I do?

  1. Do the mouse and keyboard work on another computer? Try removing them from device manager or uninstall any drivers and software you installed for them, start new with the setup.
