Well, it looks like if I want to run with an FSB of 266 on my 200 FSB TBird 1200 and MSI K7T Turbo-R, I am going to need to cut an L6 bridge. (see http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.html?i=1440&p=6 and related article.

Any great techniques for cutting these bridges? Scratching it off with a broken sewing needle? Masking the other bridges and using sandpaper folded over a watchmaker's screwdriver?

you could try using a scalpel- available from art/craft/model shops, use keep cutting accross the bridge until you are right through, Ive never done it on a cpu, but have done it on pcb's in the past.
Good Luck

I've seen somewhere where a electric scribe was used, the ones that you write you name into like metal tools that vibrate. Was said to be very effective.

Hmm....I would be very careful if I were to use a vibrating sculpting piece on a cpu. Probably an exacto knife would be best.
Good luck with that anyways
