Hi newcomer and welcome to the Toms' hardware forum.

The HD don't need a driver. If u are trying do a RAID array u need the correct driver for this and can be downloaded from the mobo's manufacturer web site.

Were you making a funny or did you forget the "r"?

alida_1 - Check your BIOS. Is the HDD listed there.
If it's not there, then Windows won't see it.
If it is listed there, check your Device Manager > Disk drives.
Also, check Computer > Manage > Disk Managerment
