Everyone on skype hears everything comeing threw my headset....

so i got the razer charcharias headset and for the last month or 2 everyone on skype has been hearing every single thing that comes thew the headset ie: music, videos, game sound like gun shots.

theres no way its loud enough to come from the headset to the mic so what do yall think is the issue could it be projecting my sound threw the make software wise?

The mic may be super-sensitve and you can adjust the mic settings sensitivity so that not everything is picked up by it.
In the control panel under sound you can select the microphone and then in the microphone properties there are two adjustments that I see that you may have also.
One is microphone boost and you can uncheck that box if it is checked and the other is a slider bar that you can adjust for the mic.
