Its got extreme cooling. With regular cooling, it won't go nearly that fast.

No kidding, but I can't even tell what they're doing to cool it (except for the one that looks like 3 heatsinks all put together with a couple of huge fans).

liquid nitrogen as all the Japanese sutdents use for this. There is one guy seems to have got a 533EB to 250FSB! that's quite an overclock.
