Windows 7 download?

Is there any possible way to download windows 7 onto a computer with no operating system installed? My dad works at a college and one of the perks is that we can download windows 7 for free through the college website.

İ dont think it is possible you should have usb or cd version of windows 7.

from your dad pc or one of the school pc have your dad download the iso then use the microsoft iso to usb tool to make a bootable usb instal disk. just make sure that your dad downloads the right iso for you. (home/prm/ultra) for windows 7 and in the 32 or 64 bit installer. if your going to use more then 4g of ram get the 64 bits installer.

Is the download an ISO file and is it a full version, not upgrade, version of Windows 7? If it is a full version and an ISO file you can download it to another computer you can then burn it to a bootable DVD.
