I have already posted on this, but decided to give an update. I built a 1.33 Athlon, and after running for a few minutes, turned it off, and it won't restart. The reason I turned it off was the processor was running at 60.5 C. I tried switching the PS, as someone suggested, and unplugging all components to see if there was a short. Nothing works. When I hit the power button, not even the fans spin. Did the mobo somehow fry? I have an Asus A7A266.

I hate to sayit, but this type of problem should be diagnosed by someone with spare parts, like a shop. In this type of situation, I would take the board out, mount a different power supply, processor, and video card on it, and test the motherboard that way. Then diagnose the processor in another system. Then the memory.
It is possible (not likely, but possible) that there is a circuit on the board chorted somwhere in the chassis, like to an extra mounting post. Like I said, possible, but not likely.
