Display driver for windows 7

Hello, Just installed my windows 7 Ultimate, and when ever i open any of my browser, it keeps shaking, when i open any windows. some times, the monitor goes blank, and comes back on shaking.. What can i do to help that?

Is this a legit installation of Windows? Those are tell-tale signs of a rogue OS that has been custom modified. If it is, go to your motherboard maker's website and download the latest video driver from there, or if it's a stand-alone card go to their site.
