Cannot charge mp3 in pc windows 7

Hello, when I try to charge my mp3 in all usb ports of my pc does not work, but it works with a different charger. Can you help?

I would recommend going to the manufacturer's website and see if there are drivers that have to be installed in order to accomplish that.

What type of mp3 player is it?
