Memory_Management 0x0000001a BSOD, New build

Recently built my own custom pc and I'm getting constant BSOD all under MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Specs are:
MoBo: Asrock z77 Pro 4
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (No overclock)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) ( CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 )
GPU: Sapphire HD 4670
PSU: Corsair CX 600 Watt
OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Over the last week I've been getting MEMORY_MANAGEMENT blue screens.
Ram is set to run at the 9-9-9-24 latency manually and at 1.5 volts, yet the blue screens continue.

Used memtest86 with all 4 of the ram sticks installed, first 10 mins for lots of errors, Before I send the new ram back to amazon I thought I'd ask here to see if theres something I'd missed or anything else I can do before I have to go down the trouble of sending it all back
