Windows 7 32 bit drivers sony vaio vpcee31fx download

I have a sony laptop vpcee31fx sometimes I turn it on,
and the moniture will not bout up. I can leave it on for
about 30 min, hold down the on off switch for about 30 sec.
let turn it on and the moniture comes on.
what is my problem?
