Printer delay to remove file in que

i have the network printer laserjet P4015 everybody can print but the problem is it delay to remove the sent document in que and that result into number of document in que waiting for printing

What? Are you sure the document printed? Are you certain the document is not sitting in the que waiting because of a print error? This is most common caused by someone sending a document that prints on legal or ledger size sheets, but only letter size paper is available at the printer. Maybe I am misunderstanding, but you may just have to clear the print que at the printer.
