Looks good to me, what sound card will you be using? I recommend the Hercules Guillemot Game Theater XP. Plus a very good set of speakers to go along with it.

Oops, 300w P/S will be pushing it. Recommend a 350w plus P/S setup. This can affect stability significantly. Plus if you decide to get more performance out of it you will probably be able to go up to 1.6ghz, but you will need the power to do that.

Your PS is plenty enough for what you got since your not running 4 HDDs, seperate CDRW, DVD and CD drives, and like 5 case fans.
