Problem in my laptop during shut down always getting force shut down message

Hai iam always getting force shut down message whenever i processed shut down process.How to rectify this problem?

exit and/or save all running programs/documents etc... then proceed to do a shutdown

All it means is you never close a program down, it is running as what we call a back ground task. Windows its terminating the process, and saving it, any data from it to protect data corruption. Most of the errors have to do with what is running in the system tray, or programs set to auto run after windows has Launched. And not terminating the running service before windows wants to shut the OS down.
