CPU for VectorWorks

Which one is better, P4 1500 with RAMBUS or Athlon 1400 with DDR for VectorWorks and MiniCad?

I say the athlon. The athlon 1400 compares to the p4 @ 1.7 it'd easly kill out the p4 @1.5
