Need some help deciding

Ok I am looking for a laptop to buy and would like some good opinions. My budget is about $900. I am looking to get a laptop with either a 15.6" or 17" full 1080p capabilities. I am also looking to get a 2nd generation i5 or i7, with at least 4gb ram and at least 300gb 7200rpm hard drive. Battery life is important but not extremely because I will always be close to a wall outlet. I would also like to have usb 3.0 and a dvd burner. Also a side question, do most of the current laptops support SSD's? Meaning if I buy a laptop in the next little while, whichever model I choose, will I be able to install a SSD later on? Thanks.
