How to refill hp 45A and 78 cartridges at home

how can i refill my hp 45A black and hp78 tricolor cartridges in my home,i have the inks and all the kits,i just want the steps of refilling them

45A..you will need a set screw for the bottom, fill to what the ml read on the ink cartridge. squeeze the body after you fill, insert set screw. test
78A, same set screw, fill carefully, and SLOW. you are filling a sponge, let gravity do the work. test.
