Iball face 2 face 8.0 vs logitech c110 which is better?

iball face 2 face C8.0 vs logitech C110, which is better in respect of price and quality both?
as per my research till now logitech C110 is cheaper and perhaps almost same quality, but i wanted to know reviews of you guys. I totally trust this forum and take decisions on the basis of your replies. so guys plz give me your votes and ideas asap...

additional info: i need it for video chat on yahoo, skype and other sites...i have LED and usb3.0/2.0, i3 processor
