Acer Aspire Timeline AS5820T Battery Wear Level Question

Hello...
I bought a BRAND new Acer Aspire Timeline AS5820T 1 month ago, and the battery wear level by "batteryCare" softwear was around 2.1%. Now it kept going up to 9.13% now...

I put it on AC power most of the time...around 1 discharge every 2 days...

Is there anything wrong with the battery or, it's normal like this..?

Is there any way to decrease the battery level?

In the user guide for the 5820TG it says to preserve battery life you should
a) fully charge then fully discharge the battery three times to condition the battery when it's new and
b) remove the battery once it's fully charged when your running on AC power

If you mainly use it on AC power, remove the battery and save it for when you actually want it. You should get 300 charges out of it unless you keep it plugged in on the AC all day.
