Does Amdmeltdown ever have ANYTHING good to say about AMD?
Just one little admission about how they have taken on the largest CPU maker in the world and are still in the fight?
About how they put out processors just as fast as intel's for $2-300 less? Anything? Please?

I guess some people will never change brands. Even if they can save $200 and up. I have to say that amd has come a long way. From being slower per clock k6-2 500 vs 500p3 from being faster per clock Athlon classic 500 vs 500p3 to beating higher clock intels the athlon i think they started going ahead per clock at 800mhz and now they are keeping up with alot higher clocks like the 1.4tbird keeping up with the 1.7p4.

yep some people have some stupid ideas about brand loyalty. I work in a large computer store and have seen a guy buy a Compaq with the same specs as a heavily discounted Packard bell (£200.00 price diff) not because he was a Packard bell hater or a Compaq lover but because Packard bell sponsored Leeds united F.C and he was a Manchester city fan!!!

Although it has a lot of good ideas, beer doesn't know anything about computers!!!

Yeah... AMDmeltdown is alittle overkill *i mean alot*

Well i like my dual P3's 1.26ghz 512kb alot, they are worth the money if your using the cpu's for what there for alot of the time in use like gaming, work, Server, Database. People who use there pc for little only for IE, MP3's, ICQ, Wordprocessing and that stuff only need a P3 1ghz or Athlon 1ghz or P4 1.3ghz will due the job heck a Celeron(p2) 533 could run that stuff just fine. If you use your Pc alot its worth the money if not its a overkill.

Nice Intel and AMD users get a Cookie.... Yummy
