Acer One Volume

Hello,
When windows starts volume sounds loud , but as soon as I play Youtube - I can't even hear it. Volume is set to 100%.Skype OK and google chat OK. Drivers up-to-date. Any other ideas.

youtube videos have their own volume control unrelated to the computers volume setting.When youtube video is playing, click the speaker icon at bottom of video window, then drag the slider to the right to increase. You will see that your computer's volume slider does not move when you do this.
