Even-though, the keyboard works quite fairly, and the keys are even backlighted. I didn't want to install the Razer Synapse 2.0 program, so I installed the legacy drivers. The issue is that every time I try to access the Razer Configurator tool, it doesn't detect the keyboard and automatically closes.
Install the Razer legacy drivers from 1.02 to 1.05.
Connect the keyboard to a different USB port.
Uninstall completely and install the drivers and keyboard.
Launch the configuration tool as an administrator.
I already verified that the drivers I'm using are in fact the ultimate drivers and not the standard Blackwidow version. Also, my system is AMD, so I think is not related to the Intel Smart Connect conflict some people were having.
I would be really grateful is someone could give me some help or ideas regarding my issue.
