On the second system...ditch the ThermalTake HSF. Those things are core crushers; it's far too easy to destroy your shiny new T-bird with one of those things, not to mention which, it's too large to fit on a lot of motherboards. If you want an equal/better HSF in the same price range, I'd suggest a GlobalWin FOP32 or FOP38.
128MB RAM could be cutting it close; I'd recommend going with the full 256MB RAM, especially if you plan on running Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
I didn't see a hard drive in either system--is that something you already have?
I didn't see floppy drives either, but pretty much any cheap floppy drive does just fine.
Just looking at the specs for your RAM, it looks like you're getting ECC memory. ECC RAM is good for servers, where you want maximum reliability, but ECC will impact performance slightly. You might not want it for a desktop.

Ok, I see what you mean. I put on the floppy, changed the cooler and added some more RAM (not ECC) and removed the soundcard from the second system cuz it has onboard sound...anything else people wanna tell me before buying?!System 1:
Except the only one out right now is ECS. I wouldn't buy a motherboard that was the first out with a chipset. Even though the VisionTek GeForce 3 turned out to be good (recently first out of a type), I'd be hesitant for now. The 761 has proven itself (except for the 686B Southbridge, of course).

It may not be enough to kick them out of the competition, but remember how strict some games can be. I.e. Romanian Gymnast Andreea Raducan and Sutafed.
