How to get printer to print all pages of a document

it will onlt print what is showng on the screen, but the page is to long, and it will not print a second page
if I reduce the size to 80 % the internet will shut down and it will not print

title talks about "a document"... so sounds like you talking about something like a word document...
But you then talk about "internet will shut"... suggesting you talking about a browser session.

So how about you let us know what kind of printing you are trying to do.. if it is from a browser.. which one you using?

Once you ask a sensible question.. hopefully you will get a sensible answer.
