Compatabillity Issue

Hello,
I would like to install my Tascam US-122 on a computer utilizing Windows 7 platform. I am getting an error message that there is an incompatabilty issue for this version of Windows. Is there an easy way to configure my computer to accept the US-122? Thank you!
