Strange error window with Jason 64

Hello,
I recently created a standard user account in windows 7 64bit in addition to my admin account. After windows performed the desktop config, I got an error window. At the top is stated Jason 64. The error itself was just "Driver error" I have been trying to figure out what this is as I have never seen this before......should I be concerned? Oh, I am running Norton 360 and it is up to date, firewall installed, etc.... thanks!

Where did it state Jason 64? In the title bar of the error message that came up?

Typically you shouldn't get even a driver error when creating a new user account on your computer. Can you provide a bit more details or even a screenshot of the error so we can see what you're referring to?
