Security locks / cables help

I own a Dell Dimension 4600 and am trying to find the correct antitheft
cable for my PC. I'm looking for a cable which I would secure one end of to
the tower and the other to a radiator or something. I've looked on the Dell
website and found this:

Now, looking at the pictures, there appears to be a metal plate on the PC
onto which the padlock is secured. I cannot find one of these on my PC so I
was wondering whether this came with the security kit.

Any other tips on securing my PC would be handy.
