Why does my realplayer setup say could not find file real cleaner

Hi;
I have downloaded the realplayer setup; but when I try to run the setup
it works; but when it's almost done it tells me that it could not find a file called real cleaner.
I really need this software for a school project but it doesn't seem to work!
Please help me!
If you know which real cleaner it's talking about please tell me!
