HP Printer fail to print

Hi there
My HP 2050A fail to priny any document, the HP software shows me there is a ink cartridge error.

May I kind whether this a ink box error or is this an error related to my printer itself?

Did you make sure the cartridges are installed properly? Are they HP brand? Did this happen after you changed them? Without troubleshooting (replacing the cartriges), no way to say where the issue is.

The cartridges I am now using are official HP branded, however I did use a couple of non official ones before.

The cartridges I am now using has been working properly for a few months, and it just fail to print suddenly...

I will try to replace the cartridges and see what happen.
