All Celeron 2's a Coppermine processors, which means they are FC-PGA. While the sockets are the same as PPGA, they require a motherboard that supports Coppermine CPUs. Most Socket 370 motherboards do support them, some don't. You should just tell us what motherboard you have. Or at least the chipset.

The page says 300A-533, which indicates only the old PPGA procesors, but the BIOSUPDATE PAGE FOR YOUR BOARD indicates newer bios that will support Coppermine Celerons (FC-PGA, aka Celeron 2). This would imply that ANY Coppermine processor should work, including both Celeron 2's and PIII's. Your board supports bus speeds up to 133, you could use a PIII 700@933 (the best choice for overclocking), or a Celeron 566 at 850 (the second best choice for overclocking), or any other Celeron/PIII Coppermine you wish!
