Transmit error recovery command to receipt printer

Hi there,

I have an Epson TM-H6000II, it was working perfectly one day then the next the error light was flashing. After finding the problem the manual says i need to transmit the error recovery command, unfortunately i have no clue what it means, can someone give me in depth instructions how to do it?

What OS does the POS system use? The error recovery command will need to be sent to the printer from the POS.
