How to fix lag in assassins creed brotherhood pc

Hello,
whenever i am moving around it lags and goes slow and whenever it goes to a cinematic part (when they're talking etc.) the sound is ahead of the motions.

I'm using it on a hp laptop with windows 7, intel core i5, raedoen graphics and beats audio

Turn off antivirus and download GeForce. If this doesn't post a reply to it and say " It doesn't work " or some other thing like. So I can give a other solution for it.

FIRST CONNECT THE INTERNET
OPEN THE START MENU
THEN ENTER "Device manager"
AT THAT WINDOW CLICK ON DISPLAY ADAPTERS
THEN THE NAME YOU YOUR GRAPHICS CARD INDIICATES UNDER DISPLAY ADAPTERS
DOUBLE CLICK ON IT
THEN CLICK ON DRIVERS ON THE TOP MENU
THEN CLICK ON UPDATE DRIVER
THEN A NEW WINDOW WILL OPEN
CLICK ON "AUTOMATICALLY SEARCH FOR UPDATED DRIVER SOFTWARE"
THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL NEW VERSION OF GRAPHICS DRIVER
AFTER IT INSTALLS RESTART YOUR PC/LAPTOP
DONE !!!!!!!
