I have a cradlepoint CTR35 that is not recieving internet

Hello,
I have just purchased a cradlepoint CTR35. I have gone through all the set up and I show a signal and that I am connected. Problem is....no internet. I click on properties and it shows connection but no internet? Help

Can you connect to the setup page of the router? Does it show online? What do you get if you do an ipconfig /all command on the computer? Is it the right IP? Make sure you don't have proxy info entered in the browser.
