Win2k not able to restart comp. What be wrong?

Every time I attempt to restart the comp thru win2k, the comp shuts down everything but never restarts, just gets stuck after windows shuts down. I have to manually reset it at that point. Any idea what could be wrong?

If I had to guess, I would say that it is do to some power setting in the BIOS.

Check the power saving functions and especially check the wake on lan, ring, keyboard etc...

Sometimes activating them when not necessary can cause issues.
